We’re Hammersmith & Chiswick Landscapes (HCL) — an established, award-winning landscaping company creating high-end gardens across Chiswick, Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead and West London. We’re proud of our reputation for quality and are looking for a *hands-on Site Foreman / Senior Hard Landscaper* to lead our site teams and help us deliver top-class gardens.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm with one hour paid lunch break.
* Running jobs day-to-day, keeping things organised on site.
* Leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.
* Reading drawings and setting out works.
* Carrying out a wide range of hard landscaping tasks such as paving, brickwork, blockwork, stonework, fencing, decking, pergolas, steps, and walls.
* Making sure work is done safely and to a high standard.
* Ordering materials and keeping projects on schedule.
* Being the main point of contact for clients, designers, and the office.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Minimum *5 years’ hard landscaping experience* (foreman or team leader experience preferred).
* Able to lead by example with strong practical skills.
* Good communicator who can keep a team motivated.
* Confident using machinery like diggers and dumpers (tickets helpful but not essential).
* Ideally hold a *UK driving licence*.
