A position has opened up for an experienced Site welder fabricator in Coventry. The job is permanent and the salary is £18.00. The role involves traveling to different sites in the UK to repair plant equipment, welding and fabricating heavy gauge plant equipment, working from engineering drawings, and welding on mild steel. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating on site, working with heavy plant, welding on mild steel, and at least 2 years’ experience welding on site. A position has become available for an experienced Site welder fabricator for a well established company in the Coventry area
Job Title: Site welder/Fabricator
Salary: £18.00
Area: uk must be from midlands area
Duration : Permanent
Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Traveling around the uk from site to site repairing plant equipment
* Welding and Fabrication of heavy gauge plant equipment
* Working from engineering drawings
* Welding on mild steel
* Welding from 10mm up to 100mm at times
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Experience welding and fabricating on site
* Experience working with heavy plant
* Experience welding on Mild steel
* Must be able to weld from 10mm up to 50 mm from time to time
* Must have at least 2 years’ experience welding on site
