What You Will Do
We are looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support fire suppression operations at a secure site in South Wales. You will play a key role in planning jobs, coordinating engineers, and ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling. This is a non-technical role – prior fire systems experience is not required, but a willingness to learn about fire suppression processes is essential. You’ll liaise with the customer and internal teams, manage job schedules, and support planning and health & safety documentation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating maintenance, servicing, and remedial work schedules
- Creating and managing workpacks and documentation
- Supporting engineers with planning and communication
- Liaising with the customer on schedules and requirements
- Maintaining accurate reports, records, and inspection data
- Supporting health and safety admin and audits
- Participating in audits and improvement initiatives
- Support field operations as and when required please
How You Will Do It
- Use Microsoft Office to manage schedules and reports
- Liaise daily with engineers and the customer
- Brief engineers on weekly priorities
- Maintain service, safety, and training records
- Join team briefings and internal improvement efforts
- Act as the key admin point of contact on site
- Pass enhanced vetting for a high-security site
