Key responsibilities include maximizing operational effectiveness, driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing and mentoring the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and exercising sound decision-making and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to manage and motivate teams. The salary is up to £68,000 DOE, with additional benefits.

We are working with a forward-thinking and innovative organisation to recruit a talented and dedicated Site Manager to be based at their feed mill in Derbyshire.
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team towards achieving the profit and performance targets. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
-Leading the Feed Mill team to maximize operational effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
-Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and systems.
-Developing and mentoring your team to uphold our mission, vision, and values.
-Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, including effective utilization of resources.
-Exercising sound decision-making and financial management skills to meet budgetary goals.

-Strong people management skills with proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
-Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver results.
