How You’ll Contribute
As a Simulation & Modelling Engineer, you’ll collaborate with system designers, software developers, and control engineers to build high-performance models that support every phase of the product lifecycle – from concept to deployment.
Your key responsibilities:
Modelling & Integration
Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models, integrating external code (C/C++, FMUs, S-functions).
Automation & Quality
Automate testing and verification workflows, lead peer reviews, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
System Support & Improvement
Support integration, performance assessment, configuration management, and continuous process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, dynamic system modelling, and model-based design.
Tooling & Integration: Skilled in scripting (MATLAB, GitLab, Jenkins), integrating third-party code (C/C++, FMUs), and using version control (Git, EWM).
Ways of Working: Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience with automated code generation from Simulink models
Comfortable working across cross-functional and international teams
