The role involves transferring products and packaging from storage to production as needed to fulfil orders. The individual will work as part of a team, which can vary in size, and will report to a Team Leader who in turn reports to the Section Leader. Effective communication, teamwork, and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff are essential for success in this position. The work is primarily conducted in a temperature-controlled environment.
