Job Description:Service Manager

• Basic salary and bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target-earnings of £55,000 per annum.
• Personal company car
• 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm subject to business demand.

Service Manager required for our Client’s multi franchise approved car dealership based in the Swindon area.

Our Automotive car dealership Client is currently seeking a skilled Service Manager to manage their busy dealership.

For your hard work as a Service Manager for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000.

The hours of work in this Service Manager position are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm subject to business demand. 

Responsibilities as a Service Manager for our Client:

• A Customer Service orientated Service Manager who is able to coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service
• Organised and the ability to think on your feet
• Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
• Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success 

Requirements of this Service Manager Role:

• Previous working experience within a Service Manager capacity
• Outstanding Management skills
• Technically minded
• Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
