Are you a strong Sous Chef ready to step up and take ownership of a high-profile staff dining operation in an iconic venue? We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to lead the culinary direction of our retail food offer – including a carvery-style station, two hot mains, soups, salads, a deli counter, and a café-style grab & go offer.
This is not your average kitchen role. We’re undergoing an exciting period of change, and we want a Sous Chef who’s ready to make their mark, shake things up, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
