About You
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will have:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality food.
- Experience in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu writing, costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules, and supplier management.
- Previous experience in fine dining Italian or Sous Chef roles is highly desirable but not essential. However, a love for Italian cuisine and fresh ingredients will be a great advantage.
