Sous chef Needed for a 2 Rosette Kitchen – Cotswolds – Temp Live-in
Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Senior Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 13 chef while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
What Were Looking For:
- Operational expertise in leading a multiple outlet venue with high value menus
- Proven ability in fresh food kitchens
- A passion forexceptional guest experiences
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent
