We are currently looking for a passionate SeniorSous Chef, to join ourKitchen Teamon apermanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a SeniorSous Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

A background including 2/3 Rosette restaurants and 5 Star hotels is desirable

Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation and cooking.Oversee and manage food purchases, production and portion control to minimize waste and manage cost

Take ownership for the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef / Executive Sous chef / Head Chef.

To be fully conversant with the companys values, competencies and behaviours and role model them at all times

Ensure your team are fully trained to be able to complete their duties on a daily basis and to conduct any required training and ensure that relevant documentation is complete.

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
