As part of this transformation, we are launching a fresh and dynamic dining concept that champions quality, seasonality, and innovation and were looking for passionate leaders to bring it to life.

The Role: Senior Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team. Working closely with the Executive Chef, youll help lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality and consistency across every dish we serve. Youll have a direct hand in shaping our culinary identity and inspiring a team of chefs in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and daily operations.

  • Lead by example in delivering consistently high-quality, beautifully presented dishes.

  • Play a key role in developing, testing, and executing seasonal menus with flair and originality.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to uphold excellent standards.

  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance at all times.

  • Help manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with FOH teams to ensure smooth and cohesive service delivery.

About You

  • You have strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen ideally within a lifestyle hotel or premium restaurant.

  • You bring creative flair, attention to detail, and passion for modern, ingredient-led cuisine.

  • You’re a natural leader who thrives under pressure and supports others to succeed.

  • Youre organised, hands-on, and focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience through every plate.
