The role involves ensuring guests receive a warm and professional welcome while assisting the Reception Manager in fostering a supportive department. Candidates should possess excellent English skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service. The position offers competitive pay, additional holiday after five years, staff discounts, and a guaranteed minimum contract of 20 hours. Key elements of your role?as?Senior Receptionist?includes ensuringall our guests receive a positive,?warm?and professional first impression of the restaurant.?You will?assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the?teams?welfare, safety, and development. Youll also be able to?supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.?
