We are looking to hire a full-time, Senior Property Management Assistant who will be located in Chapelworth House, Worthing. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £26,000 – £32,000 to include OTE (subject to passed probation).
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality support services.
Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
Act as the main point of contact between senior management and the admin team.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to streamline processes.
Data Entry / Project & Audit Based Tasks
Sending out Correspondence to Tenants & Landlords
Carrying out any ad-hoc Administrative tasks assigned such as invoicing, utility bills, Notices, and contractor onboarding.

This position would suit a confident self-motivated person with excellent customer care skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to build strong business relationships and excellent problem solving skills
Able to work well in a high pressured environment
Highly organised
Experience in Fixflo would be beneficial
