Treo Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Senior Occupational Therapist to join an established and leading care provider in their esteemed Specialist Dementia Unit.

*Responsibilities:*
* Lead and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of individuals with dementia.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance patients’ cognitive and physical abilities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify patients’ needs and goals.
* Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers on effective therapeutic strategies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the unit’s continuous improvement.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* HCPC Registered
* Minimum of 2 years of experience
* Strong understanding of dementia and related conditions
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Passion for improving the lives of individuals with dementia
