Senior Night Support Worker

Tailored Transitions Ltd is seeking a Senior Night Support Worker to join their team in Ferndown, specifically at Fernside, a purpose-built residential home. The position involves working 36 hours per week on waking night shifts, supporting four young adults with complex needs. The role requires previous supervisory experience and includes responsibilities such as providing personal care, medication management, and companionship. Candidates must be able to work alternate weekends and attend training at the Christchurch head office.

Tailored Transitions Ltd are looking for a night owl to join our team in Ferndown (Fernside), 6 waking night shifts per fortnight, supporting four young adults with complex medical, physical, and learning needs to lead their best lives.
Role: Senior Night Support Worker
Hours: 20:45- 08:45am
Fernside is a purpose build residential home, a short walking distance from Ferndown Town centre.
Role involves: Guiding a small overnight team, providing high quality care overnight, personal care, moving and assisting, medication management, enteral feeding, house keeping and companionship.
Candidates must be able to work Alternate weekends.
Must have previous experience of a Senior role and on Waking nights.
Fully paid training and support provided.
