We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team based across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

 

Location: Multi-site. Across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the Client estate.

Your day to day will include:

  •  Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numerous sites
  • Identifying and reporting with immediate effect any statutory or critical plant failures that will give rise to 
    a health and safety risk to building occupants, visitors or general members of the public to the 
    Manager.
  • Supervising and assisting M&E sub contract labour wherever required.
  • Carrying out building inspections and report damages/faults

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

  • Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience – specifically within mechanical, fabric and 
    electrical
  • Good customer liaison skills
  • Experience of reactive maintenance/breakdowns with relevant experience of working in a large multi 
    building site preferably in a commercial environment
  • Have your 18th Edition and 2391 certs
  • HVAC & FGas quals would be beneficial
