
CSL Seqirus
CSL Seqirus, based in Liverpool, is expanding its Finance Global Shared Service Centre and seeks a Financial Analyst for Group Finance. The role involves preparing and analysing monthly management reports, assisting in budget preparation, and conducting periodic forecasts. The analyst will liaise with finance organisations across the Group, ensure compliance, and maintain commercial margin analysis. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-7 years of relevant experience, and strong financial modelling skills, particularly in Excel and SAP. The position is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week, with applications closing on 23rd June 2025.
Our Finance Global Shared Service Centre based on the CSL Seqirus site in Liverpool (Speke) supports our 3 main businesses: CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor globally and is expanding.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Group Finance to join the team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepares and analyzes monthly CSL Behring Group management reporting requirements (actual versus budget/forecast) related to Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows, working closely with the sites (distribution entities and manufacturing plants) and providing feedback on reporting effectiveness.

Assists in the preparation and analysis of the annual CSL Behring Group budget and strategic plan, including analysis of financial statements and preparation of management presentations

Assists in the preparation and analyses of periodic forecasts and identifies key reasons for deviations from prior forecasts and budgets at Group and entity level. Prepares reports for senior management review

Liaises with finance organizations of entities across the Group to ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements and to gain understanding of business performance providing feedback on the effectiveness of their reporting, including the accuracy of their periodic forecasting/budgeting

Prepares detailed commercial margin analysis for the Behring Group working closely with other Group finance team members to ensure margins are reported properly and key drivers of variances can be identified and reported

Maintains and updates analysis to support the identification and reporting of transactional Fx impacts on the Group results. Develops processes to track relevant information to enable routine reporting, working closely with Finance team members in Australia

Support preparation of monthly Board report with financial tables and gross profit analysis. Support various improvement initiatives/projects (eg. automation) and other Global Accounting Operations activities as required.

Support Internal/External audit requests as required.
Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

5-7 years’ experience including experience in financial reporting & analysis and working in a multiple site global environments.

Strong experience with financial modeling.

Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications with expertise in Excel. • SAP knowledge strongly preferred

Skilled in analyzing and modeling using quantitative methods.

Experienced working with multiple currencies

Ability to work in a fast paced high volume work environment; strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
