Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an international group of companies based in Retford who are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join their ever-growing team. This is a great opportunity get involved with an ever-expanding business who have genuinely exciting plans for the future. The role is to lead the successful and timely administration and further development of the companies finance systems.

Senior Finance Systems Analyst responsibilities:
- Become the system’s expert on at least one of their core finance systems
- Maintain core finance systems’ data integrity by managing data imports, exports, and updates
- Ensure ongoing application support including user setups, user permissions, system controls & close process
- Collaborate with system stakeholders, line manager and other parties on system changes and improvements
- Assist with the integration of the core financial systems with other applications
- Help maintain seamless data flow and communication between the core finance systems
- Develop, implement and maintain appropriate data policies and operating procedures
- Help coordinate and execute system upgrades and patches
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified
- Good understanding of accounting & financial control processes
- High level understanding of purpose of business & transformation rules
- Excel VBA and modelling experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years practical work experience in either a finance system, super-user or admin role
- Ability to maintain data entry templates & mapping rules, calculation/consolidation rules and reports/views/dashboards
- Analyse & reconcile large volumes of data
- Oracle Netsuite experience desirable but not essential, as long as good finance systems knowledge
