Position Overview:
The school are seeking dedicated Education Support Staff to join their team, supporting students with a wide range of needs. Pupils within the school exhibit diverse abilities, with some experiencing learning difficulties and/or delays in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students in various educational settings.
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans as per EHCP requirements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure students’ needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
- A passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Ability to adapt to varying learning requirements and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an educational setting would be advantageous but not essential.
- Hold a minimum of a level 2 in Health and School Care or equivalent.
