SEN Teacher – January 2026 – North West London

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding teaching opportunity in North West London? We’re working with welcoming and inclusive Special Educational Needs schools that are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Special Needs Teachers to join their supportive teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced SEN TeacherSEND Teacher, or Primary/Secondary Teacher with a strong background in supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including Autism (ASC)ADHDSEMHspeech and language difficulties, and global developmental delay.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
  • Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, communication, and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching AssistantsSENCOstherapists, and parents to provide effective support and track pupil progress.
  • Use a variety of teaching approaches and resources to inspire every child to achieve their best.

 

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (QTLS)
  • Previous experience working as a SEN TeacherSEND Teacher, or Special Needs Teacher (Primary or Secondary).
  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, individual education plans (IEPs), and behaviour management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
