SEN Teacher – Hailsham
U-Educate are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our passionate team in Hailsham.
Position Overview:
As an SEN Teacher in Hailsham, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students with special educational needs. We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of inclusive teaching practices and a commitment to fostering a positive and empowering environment for students in Hailsham.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, implement, and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with in our Hailsham school.
– Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create individualized learning plans for each student in the Hailsham community.
– Utilise innovative teaching and learning strategies to engage students and promote their academic and social development.
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and the Hailsham community.
Qualifications:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant SEN teaching experience.
– Knowledge of and experience with a range of Special Educational Needs
– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Hailsham community.
