Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related subject.
- Passion for the education of students with additional learning needs.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, personalised support to SEN students.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of working in close collaboration with students, or individuals with additional support needs is preferable.
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will act as a vital source of support for a student with additional learning needs across the curriculum to aid them in achieving their best as they approach their GCSE examinations. You will work in close collaboration with teaching staff to adapt lesson plans and learning materials to suit the unique needs of the student and create a positive, productive learning environment.
