The day team leader oversees the secondary departments of Formulation, Filling, and Inspection & Packing. They receive prioritisation and direction from the department's process lead or head of secondary and report to the Formulation Process Lead. The leader is responsible for deputising and supporting secondary process leads and shift team leaders, as well as leading and planning key cross-functional meetings, including weekly performance and technical training sessions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations within the secondary departments.
