Position: Science Teacher (Chemistry/Physics/Biology)
Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days a week) and Full-Time (5 days a week)
Smile Education is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of one of our esteemed partner schools in Kidderminster. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. Both part-time and full-time positions are available to suit your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Support and challenge students to achieve their highest potential in KS3 and KS4.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and participate in school-wide activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Experience teaching science at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
