What you’ll do

Design and deliver engaging, well-structured science lessons that stretch and challenge students

Lead the effective delivery of practical work, fostering safe and exciting lab experiences

Use data and feedback to monitor student progress and intervene where needed

Create a classroom environment defined by respect, high expectations, and a passion for learning

Oversee the day‑to‑day running of science labs (equipment, safety, stocks, risk assessments)

Contribute to school life beyond the classroom — extracurriculars, trips, school culture

Collaborate with colleagues and engage in network‑wide initiatives and professional development
