30Job Description:Are you an individual with schools based administrative experience looking for a new role?
An opportunity has arisen for you to immediately join the team at a school in the Ward End area as a finance administrator where you will be joining a school where all staff and pupils believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity!
This school is located within Birmingham and is easily commutable from Washwood Heath, Saltley, Pelham, Bromford, Nechells and Central Birmingham.
Applicants will have the opportunity to meet our client prior to being appointed to the role. The expected pay range for this position is between £12 – £14 per hour, dependent on experience level. Applicants will go through Smile Educations’ quick and easy application process, which includes a video interview with your dedicated consultant. Hours expected are 8:30am – 3:30pm 5 days per week.
What will you be doing?
- Using SIMS, CMIS, Parent Pay and similar systems on a daily basis
- Taking and placing calls
- Keeping attendance logs up to date
- General administrative duties
About you:
Applicants must have demonstrative administration experience within a school setting or related setting.
Ideally you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service; if you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.
