111Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for an additional Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver an outstanding end-to-end service to our customers.
What you’ll be doing as a Scheduler – 6-month secondment
As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising schedules that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling all types of Developer Services work for our Field Engineers. Being the Scheduler, each job requirement should be scheduled to our Engineers effectively, providing them with full detailed information regarding the job and taking into consideration the least travel times to ensure we meet customer expectations and our published SLA’s.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Managing your own Geographical area.
- Schedule all types of developer services work within the published SLA’s.
- Liaise with field engineers and many other members of the Thames Water community.
- Contribute to team success, by learning and demonstrating Thames Water values, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Carry out accurate work complying with company processes and regulatory requirements to agreed performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to change processes to improve the customer journey.
Clearwater Court, Reading
Hybrid – Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 5pm – Required to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Shift pattern as detailed below:
8.00am – 4pm / 8.30am – 4.30pm/ 9.00am – 5pm
