111Job Description:We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join our team at Kemble Court Reading. (Water production) on a fixed-term contract for a period of up to 9 months.

As a successful candidate, You will be to be responsible for understanding resource requirements and constraints and optimising resource utilisation to plan reactive and maintenance work effectively.

The role carries a high level of responsibility as you’ll look after a large geographical area, manage multiple stakeholders, and be expected to flex between varying business requirements daily. You’ll deliver excellent service to our customers and be at the heart of prioritising and delivering work for our field teams efficiently.

What you’ll be doing as the Scheduler

  • Ensuring resources are effectively utilised – reviewing reactive and planned maintenance, and scheduling work for a geographical area to meet demanding SLAs and business priorities.
  • Delivering an accurate schedule. Ensuring work is delivered to the correct technician with the correct skills.
  • The base location for the role is Reading, Kemble Court – Hybrid format, with a minimum of 2 days working from the office.
  • Working hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Base Location: Hybrid – Kemble Court – RG2 6AD.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 36 hours per week.

What you should bring to the role

  • Experience in working with scheduling will be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
  • Able to demonstrate ownership of work requirements with the ability to analyse to identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
