About the Role: Are you an experienced SAP Warehouse Super User/Tester? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges? If so, we have a fantastic permanent opportunity for you to join a great team! Our client is a leading 3PL business, providing comprehensive logistics solutions to their customers.

As the SAP Warehouse Administrator, you will be based on the warehouse shop floor, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth operations. The primary role of the SAP Warehouse Administrator is to ensure the customer’s requirements are translated and reflected in the SAP system. You’ll be the contact between IT and the operators who support the warehouse with managing import/export/stock and inventory for our customers. The role is instrumental in the implementation of new customers by testing the process and continuous improvement.

**You may be required to be based out of their East Midlands Gateway warehouse at times**

Key Responsibilities of the successful SAP Warehouse Administrator:

  • Test customer solutions presented by IT to ensure they work effectively for the customer and the business.
  • Address complex issues that arise in the system.
  • Regularly meet and communicate with customers to understand and support their needs.
  • Handle inventory, cycle counting, and stock control.
  • Analyse data within the system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement new customers into the warehouse.
  • Report test matrix outcomes.
  • Work with the SAP team in other countries to ensure alignment.
  • Provide support for the warehouse operators.
  • Present continuous improvement and process optimisation solutions for each client across the business.
  • Create and deliver training and development for the SAP Warehouse support team.

Key experience of the successful SAP Warehouse Administrator:

  • SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft packages, SAP WMS, and Power BI.
  • Experience in liaising with customers and problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify solutions.
  • Effective at managing relationships with various stakeholders.
