Job Description:
On Behalf of our client, Focus on SAP is currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join a leading enterprise consulting business and be involved in multiple implementations of Employee Central.
 
Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with experience in the following sub modules – Employee Central.
• Involved in at least 2 end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong ‘Hands on’ customising skills.
• Ability to lead the SuccessFactors Employee Central stream, delivering and deploying solutions.
• Previous consulting experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Opportunity to be part of an open minded and dynamic team.
• Hold an associate level certification in SuccessFactors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
