36Job Description:*Purpose*
This role reports directly to the Head of Learning & Development and the Head of Sales.
Managing a team of high-performing agents, the Sales Team Leader will be responsible for acquisition campaigns and ensuring that high sales performance and quality standards are met. The successful applicant will need to be influential and a strong Team Leader.
As the team will consist of high-performing agents the Sales Team Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional performance.
*Core Duties*
* Achieve sales targets by managing a team.
* Achieving other KPI’s including sales quality, productive hours delivered & conversion rate.
* Motivate team members
* Embed a culture of best practice and high-performance
* Ensure process, policy and procedures are followed
* Conduct regular performance reviews with team members
* Ensure team members receive sufficient coaching and support to be successful
* Deliver constructive feedback to the team
* Design and implement incentives to boost team morale and productivity.
* Taking escalated manager calls
* Providing feedback to the Head of L&D and the Head of Sales
*Experience Required*
* Strong leadership skills
* Previous experience working in a Telesales call centre essential.
* Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team
* Highly motivated
* Excellent people skills
* Highly organised
* Knowledge of Excel preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
