42Job Description:Sales Support Executive required in Cardiff.
- £26,500 basic salary with an customer service scored bonus scheme of up to £1200 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Our client, a popular premium franchise approved car dealership in the Cardiff area, are currently expanding their sales team and adding in a new role, as a Sales Support Executive to join their growing company.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a friendly team of 5 other New/Used Car Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, you duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure you provide excellent support and administration service to the sales department to assis in ensuring volume targets, stock control and margins are achieved.
- Ensure you achieve consistent brand compliance and adhere to UK legislations
- Ensure you demonstrate consistent operational conformance to regulatory process
- Ensure you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Using the Group CRM keep accurate and comprehensive notes of all conversations
- Keep customers up to date with their order and estimated deleivery times
- Communitcate with customers to arrange a pre-handover appoitnment and manage handover dates using the group CRM
- Arrange for all vehciles to be cleaned and ready for agreed handover
- Arrange transport (if applicable) for sold vehicles from other locations to your centre in a timely manner
- Ensure all documentation and funds are recieved and signed prior to agreed handover date
- Communicate with Sales Admin via the digital deal file for admin to prepare the sales invoice
- Ensure all insurance policies are active priorto or on the agreed handover date
- All customer communication should be followed up by an email with a summary and have the sales executives CC’d for reference
- Ensure you adhere to all reporting deadlines and maintain excellent standards of deparmental administration
- Keep up to date with group processes
- Support other team members when needed
In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Cardiff region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff. Our cline tis looking for an administrative experienced candidate with strong organizational skills. Prior experience in the role/motor trade would be an advantage but is not essential.
