32Job Description:ROLE: Sales Support Account Manager – Engineering
LOCATION: Clitheroe. March 2024 relocation to J4 M65 (Lower Darwen)
SALARY: Circa £35’000 plus + qtrly bonus circa £5’000 to £10’000 annually

We are searching for a sales driven Sales Support Account Manager to drive the service and after sales support.
Sales Support Account Manager – Engineering – Key skills:
- Proactive customer contact to drive additional sales, support, service packages + add on sales.
- Thorough admin, reporting, written and verbal correspondence skills. Coupled with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills internally, externally and cross functionally.
- Strong planning skills to organise site visits, travel, diaries.
Sales Support Account Manager – Engineering – Attributes:
- You will be a highly motivated self-starter, with an interest in manufacturing engineering or an interest of working within a technical environment.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Support Account Manager, Sales and Service Co-ordinator, Account Manager, Sales Support Executive, Sales Support Coordinator or similar.
- Live within a commutable distance from Clitheroe or Darwen. This is an on-site role.
- Ability to balance projects with strong time management skills.
- Positive attitude and manner.
- Excellent communicator to develop and build customer relationship ensuring repeat custom.
- Positive attitude working as a team and supporting colleagues.
- Working with and supporting cross departmental – design, engineers, purchasing, production.
