Role Overview
Based in our London (Southgate) office, we are looking for our next Sales and Retention Executive to initiate contact with potential customers who have expressed an interest in Voneus (via our website or through local engagement) in order to sign them up to our products and services.
You’ll be working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, which will include evenings and Saturdays. It is expected that you will work at least two lates each week.
Our ideal candidate will
Have excellent call handling skills;
An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
Be able to listen, build rapport and efficiently deal with all enquiries;
Work towards and exceed targeted KPIs;
Handle and convert inbound calls into sales; and,
Adopt proactive customer retention strategies, identifying opportunities and creating the need for renewals.
To be successful in this role
Have gained at least one year’s experience within a similar role;
Be a team player;
Possess a strong work ethic with a can do attitude;
Have excellent attention to detail; and,
For our Welsh customers, it would be helpful if you had a basic knowledge/understanding of Welsh language (desirable but not essential).
