About the role
Manage and update the hotels website, social media, and CRM system.
Assist with email newsletters, marketing campaigns, and collateral distribution.
Organize media visits, influencer stays, and FAM trips.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Monitor digital marketing performance, PR coverage, and competitor analysis.
Respond to guest reviews and maintain third-party site listings.
Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks and expense management.
Update and assist in the creation of Food & Beverage menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Monitor, respond to, and analyze all hotel and F&B reviews and guest surveys
About you
To succeed, you must have experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
Passion for luxury hospitality with strong communication skills.
Experience in marketing, sales, or digital media.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems (Revinate is a plus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
