Salary: OTE £60k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Manager for their smart Estate Agency offices in the East Grinstead, Surrey / Sussex borders area 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager / Branch Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing a career with a smart, vibrant and well-known brand and several local offices in Surrey.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Estate Agency industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented; well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum including within the prime market.

You should also have some previous experience at a managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team. Having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Sales Assistant Manager who has the right experience and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager (Residential Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
• Listing and instruction winning experience
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Focused to lead and motivate a team
• Able to win new business
• Full UK driving license required
• Local knowledge of the local area is preferred
