A restaurant in London is hiring a Sales & Events Executive to join their Events team. The candidate should have previous sales experience in hospitality and will be responsible for handling incoming event enquiries, converting them into bookings, and driving new business for the event space. Other duties include contacting potential clients, conducting site visits, and creating bespoke proposals. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in event or hospitality sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. The salary is £30,000 plus a bonus.

The Client

Our client is an elegant and beautiful restaurant in London who are looking for a Sales & Events Executive to join their Events team. They are seeking an ambitious and driven individual, with previous sales experience within hospitality, to handle incoming enquiries and help drive new business for the event space.

Main Duties

  • Handle all incoming event enquiries and convert into bookings.
  • Proactively contact potential new clients
  • Following up with potential opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients
  • Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals.
  • Represent the venue at external industry events.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years experience within event or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent team player with strong administration skills
