52Job Description:Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a leading Manufacturing client in Derby.
Due to continued growth an experienced Sales /Customer Service administrator is required to join a small and friendly team.
As a Sales Administrator you will carry out a wide range of duties including :
- Ensuring orders are processed and quotes are sent in a timely manner.
- Maintain the CRM
- Track leads
- Convert quotes to sales orders.
- Dealing with email/telephone quote requests
- Preparation of quotations for our products and services
- Processing incoming orders/Emailing Quotations
- Sending purchase orders
Key Skills
- Internal Sales experience (preferably from a Manufacturing background)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external points of contact.
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Mon- Fri (8-hour shift)
