48Job Description:Pertemps Stoke is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our reputable client in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This position involves working within a small busy team, handling both Sales Coordination and administrative tasks.

Main responsibilities of this Sales Coordinator role:

  • Assist customers via the phone, email or face to face to maximise sales
  • Progress and chase up quotations
  • Prepare quotes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Updating schedules
  • Completing stylist and fitter packs to include job sheets
  • Be a point of contact for Sub contractors
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding deliveries
  • Organise collections and deliveries of materials
  • Be an internal contact for departments such as, planning, purchasing and finance
  • Be the point of contact for customer both pre and post delivery of materials

Skills required for this Sales Coordinator role:

  • Must have experience within a similar role
  • Problem solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy in work and ability to spot errors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
  • Full UK driving license

Details of this Sales Coordinator role:

  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent
  • Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
