An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join our client in Aintree. Working within the sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with lapsed clients as well as conducting new business activity. The opportunity is office based and comes with an hour rate of £10.77 to £12.82 per hour (£21,000 to £25,000 salary) depending on experience plus commission. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

While telephone experience is desired, we will consider those candidates who come from a customer service or retail sales backgrounds.

The main duties of a Sales Advisor are:

• Achieve sales and performance targets through outbound calling.
• Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
• Listen and understand the client’s needs to ensure a tailored solution.
• Effectively manage diary and sales pipeline of prospects,
• Produce quotes and orders.
• Accurately log all calls and keep the CRM system up to date.
• Ensure company remain GDPR compliant.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

• Ideally you will have telephone experience but those from customer service or retail sales backgrounds will be considered.
• A high work ethic and have the ability to bounce back positively from rejection.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner.
• Basic IT skills.
