Roving Manager

Brunning and Price is seeking an experienced and adaptable Roving Manager to join their eclectic group of individual pubs. The ideal candidate should be located near the M25 corridor to cover areas such as Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex. This role offers a salary of up to £40,000, paid mileage, and various benefits including free meals, discounts, and a NEST pension. We are looking for a RovingManager, ideally based off the M25 corridor and a commutable distance to cover areas such as Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire andEssexareas to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. Naturally, this position involves some working away from home but well always try to be flexible in helping you to find a good balance between home and work.

About you

Most importantly you have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy! Youre passionate and knowledgeable about all thing’s food and drink. Youre outgoing, upbeat, and committed, with previous experience in hospitality, ideally as a Deputy / Manager in a pub, bar, hotel or restaurant. You have experience in a similar high-quality environment and are focused on training, leading, and developing the people around you.
