An exciting opportunity to become a valued and important part of a fantastic nursery with a supportive management team focused upon delivering positive learning outcomes for the children and the team. The role of a Deputy Room Leader is to work alongside the team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all team members and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
Most of all we would like you to play, motivate, have fun and inspire the children. We believe that these are some of the most important skills as an Early Years Professional.
We use an Online Learning Journal system to record the children’s care routines and daily development. This takes the time away from paperwork and gives you back the time with the children!
Helping to create fun, filled days for the children, and yourselves with a range of wonderful activities. Working together as a part of a special team and spending our money together on resources we would like you to be able to take part ownership of the room and create some fantastic days together!
This role is subject to an enhanced and satisfactory DBS check, self-disclosure, proof of identity will be required and referees will be contacted if you are successful
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
