Room Attendant

Grosvenor House Suites is seeking a Suite Attendant for its Housekeeping department. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, including cleaning check-out suites and assisting with linen inventories. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. We are looking for a Suite Attendant to join our Housekeeping department at Grosvenor House Suites!

As a Suite Attendant you will ensure that all the guest and colleague areas are clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance, as assigned by the Housekeeping Executive and in accordance with the Company policies and procedures to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Your main duties include (but are not limited to):

• Cleaning check out suites as well as guests staying over
• Cleaning of Housekeeping pantries as and when required
• Assisting with linen inventories
• Working in a pair whilst servicing our suites
• Replenishing supplies, including guest supplies and linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floor
