LFH, part of the Luxury Family Hotel Group, operates New Park Manor, a family-oriented hotel situated in the New Forest. The hotel provides a serene environment for families to explore nature and enjoy amenities like a spa. The role is flexible, requiring attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.

New Park Manor, a luxury family hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Job Type: Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business. Flexibility will be required for varying shifts and some potential weekend work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to the highest standards
• Replenishing amenities and supplies
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager
• Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
