• Be the Culture Carrier – Live and breathe our values. Set the tone across both FOH and BOH, lead by example, and energise teams wherever you go.

• Coach & Develop – Mentor rising talent, boost morale, and deliver memorable guest experiences through engaged, well-led teams.

• Uphold High Standards – Ensure compliance, cleanliness, food quality, and service levels are never compromised – you know what great looks like.

• Collaborate with GMs – Support local leaders with problem-solving, planning, and commercial insight that unlocks growth.

• Jump In When Needed – From helping launch new sites to covering shortfalls or turning things around – you’re hands-on, agile, and always dependable.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven leadership in hospitality – pubs, kitchens, or multi-site operations

• Strong grasp of both BOH and FOH operations

• High standards, infectious energy, and a motivating leadership style

• Commercially savvy – confident with P&L, labour, stock, and compliance

• Calm under pressure with a get-it-sorted attitude

• Full UK driving license + own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK
