We’re looking for a *Registered Home Manager* ready to take the reins and make this home flourish. Supported by a Clinical Lead and largely Supernumery Deputy, you’ll have the guidance —and freedom —to ensure our Nursing Home isn’t just compliant, it’s outstanding.
Their supernumary status means they’re there when you need them, without interfering when you want autonomy. This ensures your *transition into the Home Manager role is smooth and stress-free*, allowing you to build confidence and settle quickly into leadership. You’ll be *empowered to make decisions*, implement your *vision*, and *shape *the *culture*, knowing that expert guidance is always just a step away.
Essentially, you’ll inherit a home, not just a team, but the mentorship, knowledge, and confidence to *lead it successfully from day one*.
