Restaurant Manager – Lincoln

Salary £30- 35,000 per year plus:

A significant hotel group in the heart of Lincoln are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager.

We need a Restaurant Manager with experience of managing a very busy restaurant operation ideally within a branded hotel environment to understand the challenges of maintaining brand standards and key priorities.

This role would suit a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to take on a new hotel opening and has vast restaurant management and F&B experience within a hotel.

We would love it if you had hotel pre-opening experience too as this will help the team through the transition process and your knowledge will be invaluable and continue to operate the hotel once the doors are open.

We will also need you to have an excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead, coach and develop your teams.
