Job Description:Resource Controller – Immediate Starts

Stoke on Trent – ST1

Role and key responsibilities for Resource Controller:

• Responding to business/management driven queries & requests
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone
• Accurately imputing data onto the system
• Checking availability of resources
• Ensuring all the deadlines are met

Minimum Requirements for Resource Controller:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge within the repairs and maintenance sector would be advantageous
• Confidence with IT and computer systems

Pay rate: £10.42 – £11.99 per hour

Working hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00
