The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a dynamic Residences Concierge Assistant to join our Residences Team, providing friendly, efficient, prompt and professional service to Residences Tenants while adhering to the objectives, performance and quality standards established by The Peninsula London Residences. To cover the duties of the Concierge when required providing leadership, supervision and training to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives and standards, in coordination with other departments and partners.

Key accountabilities
- Assist Residents with obtaining services related to their apartments, in accordance with the lease, other contractual arrangements, Tenant’s Handbook and Residences Polices and Procedures
- Assist the team in the service delivery of any manual or otherwise Concierge Assistant task
- Handle telephone, email and requests made in person and providing detailed information regarding any traditional Concierge services. Anticipate Residents needs and exceed their expectations
- Park cars when required
General requirements
- Minimum 1-2years experience in Hospitality or Residential Environment.
- Excellent command of English language with confident communication skills. A second language would be an advantage.
- Computer literate. Problem solving and multi tasking skills.
- Must required to have UK Driving License and experience driving luxury cars.
